Pain Free Performance

The Pain Free Performance package begins with a detailed Performance Elite Functional Strength Test that assesses your mobility, stability, core strength, muscular imbalances and postural alignment. Using the results, we create a bespoke plan designed to your specific needs and designed to get you moving biomechanically, as the body was intended to, pain free and at a greatly reduced risk of injury.

By building a strong foundation we can then load the body safely and efficiently, preparing it for a more intense fitness regime. Even athletes or those already undertaking regular training or sport may be hindered by imbalances or injuries, this corrective program will allow for pain free movement, higher function and greater success.

Sports Performance

At performance elite we run our sports performance program using a holistic approach. The journey of athletic performance is not a 12 week fix it’s a scientific approach to developing the key physiological attributes needed for you and your athletic pursuit.

Initially we will develop a needs analysis, this is the process of determining what skills and abilities are required to excel in your chosen sport. Doing an in-depth needs analysis allows a strength and conditioning coach to identify these factors and which are most important to your success, we then look at how best to incorporate this into your training.

The next step is testing. This allows us to specifically understand your current physical attributes which can be bench marked against normative data. Using test results, we can determine a base line and a start point for future training and set goals to work towards.

Your program will be written to fit around your sports specific training but also work and other life commitments. The program takes into account your experience and availability to train, it will be flexible, moving with the constant changing demands of a sports season such as, travel, mid-week games and additional team training. The demand of sports is ever changing, our coaches know this and are here to help you succeed in achieving your sporting goals.

MEMBERSHIPS

Now you have chosen your package and read about the coach that is best suited for your goals it’s time to commit to becoming a member.

The package prices are designed to give you the level of support you need from the start. We recommend starting with the Elite option to really kick start your training and form a great relationship with your coach. On completion of 12 weeks you can then choose to drop down to our performance or basic maintenance package.

Our goal is to give you all the tools and knowledge you need to workout successfully on your own. We aim to build clients that are able to achieve their goals independently, while still providing our support and guidance throughout your time at Performance Elite.
