Groups classes are a great way to maximise your training and get the most out of you with our high energy and motivational sessions. We are offering 15 spaces on our Saturday and Sunday classes.

Saturdays Power Circuits
This is a explosive session mixing high intensity intervals with resistance based movements for power, strength and speed. This class works great if you are a beginner or an advanced athlete.
You will gain skills in lifting, plyometrics and cardio conditioning. This class is great for shredding fat whilst getting leaner and stronger.
Boxing and padwork class (non contact) - burn fat, tone up, increase cardio fitness and learn boxing skills and drills.
Strike is a fun and dynamic why to blast off some calories and get in great shape. You will learn basic boxing skills and work in pair for this female only class.
