February Half Term Kids camp

PE Kids Fitness Camps teach Strength and Conditioning as a whole. The aim is to give kids the knowledge they need to enhance their performance in their favourite sport.

The sessions are highly interactive with everyone getting the opportunity to share their ideas, learn new things and make new friends.

What to expect

Correct exercise and form to improve Performance for sport

Fuelling the body with healthy nutrition for training days and competition

Key mobility and flexibility to stay injury free

The next Performance Elite Kids camp will take place on Wednesday 20 February 10am – 12pm
